On December 19, 2025, the Institute for Humanities Studies ABDI, the founder of the academic journal ‘The Qazaq Historical Review’ (QHR), and Plagiat.pl, the owner of the StrikePlagiarism.com service, entered into an agreement granting access and use rights to a system for comparing the content of documents and scientific articles.
The availability and use of a licensed plagiarism checker, including using international databases, is a mandatory requirement for scientific publications to be included in the list of publications recommended for publishing scientific results.
